Taw for customers

01

Receipt and invoice scanning

Drop any invoice or receipt — photo, PDF, Arabic or handwritten — or forward it by email, or send it on WhatsApp. Taw reads the seller, the TRN, the VAT and the line items and files it as structured data.

Scanning on the web: five supplier invoices uploaded at once on the left, and on the right the fields Taw read out of one — seller, buyer, reference, dates, line items with category and VAT, totals — with the TRN checked.Scanning on the phone: a photographed taxi receipt read into its total, reference, issue date, seller and line item.
02

Ask Taw

Ask a question in plain words and get the answer out of your accounting software — what came in, what is owed, where the VAT stands. An invoice request, a report request or a meeting goes to your accountant instead.

Ask Taw on the web: asked for the last three invoices and answered as a table with each invoice's customer, date, status and total, and a note that one is overdue.Talk to Taw in the mobile app: the same assistant on a phone, asked which draft invoice went out last and answering with the invoice and its date.

Taw for accounting companies

01

Connect multiple accounting systems

Sign in once with Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks Online, as many times as the firm needs. Taw shows every organisation that login reaches and you assign each client to one of them, so a push always lands in the right book.

The Ledgers screen in Taw: connect Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks Online, and the list of which client each connected organisation belongs to.
02

Invite clients and add their team members

Invite a client by email, or create the account yourself and import a list. Each client's own people are added on their side, and everyone on that side reaches the firm on the same thread.

The Clients screen in Taw: invite a client by email, add one directly, and the client list with captured, reviewed and synced counts.
03

Upload or scan your customer receipts

Drop a whole folder in at once — photos, PDFs, Arabic, handwritten. Taw reads each one into seller, TRN, line items, category and VAT, tells you which are already in the client's records, and publishes the rest straight to their accounting system. Export to Excel, PDF or CSV from the same screen.

The Scan screen in the partner portal: several supplier invoices uploaded at once on the left, and on the right the fields Taw read out of one of them with a Publish to Zoho Books button.
04

Manage customer expenses

Receive and review what the customer submits. Every document a client is responsible for lands in one list — with the channel it came in on, whether it has been reviewed, and which book it was filed to.

The client Expenses screen in Taw: documents by month with seller, channel, status and the accounting system each was filed to.
05

Unified inbox

One queue for everything a client sends the firm, whichever way they send it.

  • Connect the firm's WhatsApp Business number and its mailbox — both work.
  • Receive all customer communication in one inbox.
  • Auto-classified and opened as a request the firm can act on: invoice request, report request, meeting, expenses.
The Inbox screen in Taw: client requests filtered by type — questions, expenses, invoices, reports, meetings — with the conversation and the action beside it.
06

Ask Taw, per client

Select a client and ask. The answer comes back from that client's own books — what came in, what is owed, where the VAT stands — with no export and no second login.

Ask Taw in the partner portal: a client selected at the top, asked for their last three invoices, answered from that client's own Zoho Books as a table.
07

Manage team members

Invite the firm's own people and give each of them a role: owner, manager or reviewer. Everyone shares one queue, and access to a client's documents still comes from that client's own link.

The Team screen in Taw: the practice roster with roles, the invite box, and what each role can do.
08

Automatic assignment

Coming soon

Client requests routed to the team member who should have them — by client, and by topic. Today a request arrives unassigned and the firm picks the assignee in the inbox.

09

Analytics dashboard

Coming soon

The work completed: what came in, what was cleared, who cleared it, and what is still waiting.

Demos

The same two things, recorded end to end in the real product.

Scan to books

A receipt is photographed on the phone. Taw reads it into exact fields — seller, TRN, VAT, line items and totals — the business submits it, and the accountant reviews it and publishes it to the accounting software.

One inbox

Everything about a client in one place — emailed invoices, WhatsApp messages, invoice requests, questions and expense reviews. Each one arrives already sorted, with the reply and the action on the same screen.

The referral program

Earn 20% of every subscription payment your referred clients make — lifetime. No cap, no cliff.

  • Clients you invite are attributed automatically — the invite is the referral, no codes to remember.
  • Get a personal referral link too, for the businesses you reach beyond your own client book.

Clients are told you may earn a referral commission when you invite them. Compensation reverses on refunds; no earnings are guaranteed.
